Terms of service
The company reserves the right to decline orders that are considered outside the regular parameters of the service and the special handling we offer. However, there is no discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, physical or socioeconomic condition or for any other reason.
Even though we put all our effort into ensuring that your order arrives perfectly, delays may occur, such as:
· If an item is damaged on the way to the delivery address of your order, we will promptly take care of replacing it.
· The person who receives the order is not present at the time of delivery and we have to reschedule the delivery or, failing that, a collection at a branch.
· Delivery drivers or shipping companies may be late on the day of delivery. This may be due to weather, high traffic volume, closed streets, pedestrian-only roads, deliverys with entry restrictions, or any adverse situation that prevents us from reaching the destination within the scheduled range.
We will be happy to help you correct any mistake on our part, replace any item or find the best way to make you satisfied.
In order to minimize the occurrence of errors, we suggest that you carefully review the recipient's details, as well as the gift dedication (which you can write in the order notes section before placing the order).
There will be no right against Ponch' & Capricó (Grupo Acubra SA de CV) for incidental damages, such as late arrival of products for decorations on specific dates such as birthdays or special occasions.
